Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of a Visual Persona OS deployment operated by your environment administrator (the “Operator”). By signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and age
You must meet the minimum age required by this deployment (typically 13 years or older). The Operator may require age confirmation at signup. Accounts that do not meet the minimum age will not be provisioned.
Invite-only access
In multi-user deployments, access is invite-only unless the Operator explicitly enables open signup. You may sign in only with a Google account whose email address has been whitelisted by an administrator or listed as a bootstrap admin in deployment configuration. Attempts to sign in without an invitation are rejected.
Administrator visibility
In managed multi-user environments, administrators can review conversation history, usage activity, safety events, and account settings for accounts under their deployment. This oversight supports family, household, and organizational safety policies and cannot be disabled for standard user accounts.
- Administrators may read message threads in read-only review mode.
- Administrators may view login activity, message volume, and safety-related events.
- Administrators may adjust content permissions, tool access, and account status.
You will be shown a separate disclosure on first login acknowledging this visibility. Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of administrator oversight in multi-user mode.
Content policy and acceptable use
Visual Persona OS uses large language models that generate unpredictable text. The Operator sets content permission levels, persona access rules, and tool permissions for each account. You must stay within those limits. Attempts to escalate content rating, bypass boundaries, or use disallowed personas or tools may be blocked and logged.
- Do not use the service to harass, exploit, or endanger others.
- Do not attempt to circumvent administrator policy, rate limits, or safety controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or malware-bearing files when media upload is enabled.
- Model output is not professional, medical, legal, or safety advice.
The Operator does not guarantee that model output will always be safe, accurate, or appropriate. Safety controls reduce risk but cannot eliminate it entirely.
Account disable and review
Administrators may disable an account at any time. Accounts may also be automatically disabled when repeated policy violations exceed configured thresholds, pending administrator review.
- Disabled accounts cannot send messages or access protected API features.
- Active sessions may be invalidated immediately upon disable.
- Re-enablement requires administrator action.
- Safety events and violation counts may be cleared or adjusted by an administrator after review.
Data retention
Conversation messages, account settings, safety events, and uploaded media may be stored in the Operator’s configured database and object storage for as long as the deployment remains active or as required by the Operator’s policies. There is no guaranteed retention period; data may be deleted during migrations, account removal, or deployment teardown.
Backups, export, and deletion requests are handled at the Operator’s discretion. Contact your administrator for questions about how long your data is kept.
Changes to these Terms
The Operator may update these Terms. When the terms version changes, you may be required to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use protected features. The configured terms URL in deployment settings identifies the current document.
Contact
For access requests, policy questions, or account review, contact your environment administrator. Visual Persona OS is deployed per environment; the Operator named in your invite or login flow is responsible for support and enforcement.
